我仍然记得国际奥委会主席托马斯·巴赫在吉隆坡宣布北京赢得年第24届冬季奥运会主办权的那一天。我和申奥代表团的同事们高兴得都流下了眼泪。

作为申办代表团的一员，我就冬残奥会进行发言，分享了体育对于残疾人的积极作用，特别是北京年残奥会在推动中国残疾人事业方面的重要作用。现在我已准备好，在北京年冬残奥会的开幕式上看烟花点亮北京的夜空。
Since,theChineseParalympicsportsdelegationhasparticipatedinmanyinternationalwintersportseventsandwonseveralgoldmedals.AtthePyeongchangParalympicWinterGames,thewheelchaircurlingteamwonagoldmedal,markingthefirst-evergoldmedal,alsothefirst-evermedal,inthehistoryofChinasparticipationintheParalympicWinterGames.
年以来，中国残奥会体育代表团参加了多项国际冬季运动赛事，获得多枚金牌。在平昌冬残奥会上，中国轮椅冰壶队赢得了一枚金牌，这是中国参加冬残奥会历史上的第一枚金牌，也是第一枚奖牌。
Weencouragepeoplewithdisabilitiestoparticipateiniceandsnowsports.ChinaDisabledPersonsFederation(CDPF)hasorganizedfiveIceandSnowSportsSeasonforPersonswithDisabilities.ThepastfewyearshavewitnessedthecontinuousprogressofChinaswinterparasports.Thenumberofathletesusedtobesmallerthan50,butnowithasgrowntoover1,.ThenumberofeventsthatChinaparticipatesinhasalsoincreasedfromtwotosix,coveringallmajoreventsoftheWinterGames.
我们鼓励残疾人参加冰雪运动。中国残联已经组织了五届“残疾人冰雪运动季”活动。过去几年，我国冬残奥运动逐步发展壮大，运动员从过去不足50人发展到现在的超过一千人。冬残奥会大项由2个拓展到6个，实现了我国冬残奥会大项参赛全覆盖。
